Hawaii

Hawaii was FABULOUS! There are so many things to talk about- we explored all parts of Maui. We really didn’t stay long enough to take in everything. The ONLY negative thing to Hawaii and I mean ONLY was the time change (6 hours behind us). It was EXTREMELY difficult getting home and adjusting to the difference. Although, I was able to get some work done staying up on those late nights- it was just miserable because I could not sleep. Back to the fantabulous part- the sights were places you would think you were seeing in a magazine. I’ve created a slideshow with my pictures (more of the family got better pictures with their high dollar cameras, but this is what I’ve got. Take a look- and be jealous HA! Kidding. Seriously, this trip was a true blessing from our parents! We would not have been able to go so early in our marriage if not for them. Everyone needs to set back some money to go sometime in their lifetime. Definitely recommend the Road to Hanawow that was crazy and I’m so glad I survived-although I did get majorly car sick. We were also able to visit Haleakala National Park! This was also amazing. Check out the pictures- There are also pictures of us snorkeling with turtles at Turtle town...now that was an experience- the water was rough that day and I was a trooper! We had to ride a boat out to Molikini to snorkel then we went to Turtle Town. On our way to Turtle Town, I got sick, but was determined to see some turtles and get pictures! I survived and I'm very glad to report that I did see 2 turtles and I did get pictures! YaHOOO!

Congratulations!!

Welcome Kailah Jadon!

A very close friend of mine just had her 1st baby on Tuesday! I am very excited for her, and would love more than anything to go meet sweet little Kailah! Sadly, Teth lives in Florida now, so it's not like I can just hop in my car and run down there for a quick lunch. We will get down there to visit! Hopefully before her 1st birthday! I do pray that she sleeps well and sleeps ALOT and I wish Teth and Steve both all the happiness in the world!

Happy 3rd Anniversary

Our 3rd Anniversary

3 years ago today, I woke up to my mother whispering my ear "This is the day you've always dreamed of!" She was so right, I've always dreamed of my wedding day and the man who would come and sweep my off my feet. Something told me 7 years ago when I met Stephen that he was something different, something spectacular! He still melts my heart and takes my breath away!

3 years ago today I married the man that I prayed about my entire life. The man that came and swept me off my feet and stole my heart. On this day, 3 years ago my nerves were clam, but did have that sense of excitement as I headed toward this new journey we now call our life. I look forward to spending many more happy days with this man that I call the love of my life!

4th of July!

Happy 4th of July to you!
July 4th is one of my favorite holidays. It's just a fabulous time for friends and family to gather together and have a great time---that usually means at the lake. Oh yes--don't forget the food!! Most of all it's a time to be grateful for the men and women who fight for our freedom so that we can live in a this beautiful country that we love to call the "Land of the Free!" Hopefully, you have had some time to sit and enjoy this day and all of it's beauties- the colors, the fireworks...friends and family.
